You know that whenever any building is constructed, and whenever any building... Look, now suppose your house is already built, or you want to build a house, or you want to build a plaza, or in any society you want to get your house built, or get a plaza built, or apart from this, whenever you start any project, then you definitely need crush, sand, gravel, and cement, right? You definitely need bricks as well, right?

But I will talk about cement. The thing is that there, especially if I talk about Islamabad, there are cement distributors sitting in Islamabad. Now they give the cement by keeping a rate of twenty or thirty on it, and people get expensive cement there. And for this, we have brought good news for the people of Islamabad.

We will provide cement to the people of Islamabad, very good cement, that too Bestway's, absolutely fresh cement we will provide, and that too at factory rate. No one supplies cement at factory rate in Islamabad; everyone gives it after keeping their profit. But believe me, this is our word.

Let me tell you, our work, Mashallah, for ten... We were already working as a cash-rate supplier, but we saw such a cement supplier that people were suffering losses, people were getting cheap cement, so we thought that we should provide cheap cement to people, and that too Bestway cement.

No one will supply you Bestway cement at wholesale rates. For example, I will tell you one thing: when Bestway cement comes to you, whatever the rate will be, daily rate updates will be available on this website in the coming days, and Inshallah, you will get reasonable rates.

The thing is not just about that. The thing is that the product should be there, it should be of quality. Now, one person is selling old cement, and now there is a person sitting inside Islamabad. If you get old cement in Islamabad, then people will definitely suffer a loss, right?

Look, one cement... Look, I am not talking about cement. I am talking... I am not saying that you should purchase the product from me. I am not talking about that. I am saying that there is a person sitting in Islamabad and he is a distributor. Now who told you that the cement sitting there in Islamabad, that cement will be good or will be bad?

And brother, you people are customers, right? You are sitting at home, what do you know, brother? You are sitting in some corner of Islamabad. You are sitting in B-17 Islamabad, you are sitting somewhere in I-10 Islamabad, you are sitting in E-11, you are sitting in G-11, you are sitting in G-14.

So how would I know, brother, whether the cement distributor is giving you old cement? Then what will be the result, people? The result will be bad. When a person purchases cement from a cement distributor and he gets old cement, then what will he say? Is this cement fresh?

Do you know that when cement becomes old, the strength of the cement decreases?

Look, this is the point. I am telling you an inside secret. No such cement wholesale dealer will tell you an inside secret. I am telling you these things. These are very useful things.

And if no one will supply you cement at wholesale rates, the kind of cement that I am listing for you on this website, the cement that you are going to get here at wholesale rates, you will not get that.

Therefore, my request to all of you is that first look at the product, see what the product is like, and then talk.

We do not compromise on quality. Our quality is the best quality. The customer is our first priority. We first look at the customer, that a person has come to us, a person has called us, and we want to provide that person with a quality product.

Assalam-o-Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.

You check the strength of our cement. If you do not enjoy it, then talk to us.

Believe me, we will remember it. We will take out fresh cement from the factory and give it to you.
