Every person wants to have something good made, right? Let me tell you that building and making something good is a happiness for every person. Especially, I am talking about a good house. If a person takes a good place and does not build a good house, today I am going to talk about B17 Islamabad.

In B17 Islamabad, people have taken their plots in A Block, B Block, C Block, D Block, and F Block, but finding a good, verified builder there whom we can trust, whom we can rely on ourselves, is very difficult. Especially, let me tell you that looking at the market rates, looking at everything in the market, looking at the competition, providing a competitive rate and providing good work is a very difficult task. And finding a good builder is an even more difficult task because B17 is full of builders.

## Our Expertise

So our effort is to first tell you a little about our expertise. Last time, let me tell you, we had a project going on in F Block. So, during that project, our supervisor received a call from A Block in B17. He said that I want to get a good house built. So that person was stuck, meaning, regarding the architect. Even our verified supervisor went and saw his map. He said, “Sir, these are the problems in it. You should do it this way, this way, and this way.” So we provided him with such a modern, I mean, map, and believe me, that person started kissing our hands.

But the purpose is that our effort is to provide a person with verified information. We are not sitting there in B17 Islamabad to cut someone's pocket, saying that we will build you a good house. Cutting someone's pocket is not our profession. We want to provide the person with a good service.

## Grey Structure for Our A Block Client

After that, we provided the same person with the service of building his house. He got the grey structure built through us. He became so happy that he said, “I want to give you some extra money from my happiness.” So we said, “Brother, the thing is, look, we are not worried about money. We wanted your happiness, and we have got that. Okay? Our purpose was to build you a good house, okay?”

## Site Visit and Soil Test in C Block

Then, in the same way, we had another customer in C Block, B17. We went to him, and he called us and asked. But people make these mistakes, look, no one tells them. Brother, the thing is that people are concerned about money. But then he said, “Sir, please provide me the rate for the grey structure.” I said, “Okay, sir, we will provide the rate.” We provided him with the rate for the grey structure.

When we provided him with the grey structure rate, I went there and said, “Sir, can I visit your site?” He said, “Why not, sir? You can visit.” I went there and did a site visit. There, I checked his soil. I said, “Sir, your soil is very soft. You should get a soil test done.” Then, only after that, you can decide how much foundation needs to be put in and whether you need to put DPCs in it. It should not happen that you build a building and, on top of that, the soil settles, and your entire floor settles. This can be dangerous. Keep this thing in mind, sir. If not much more, then at least first get your soil test done and make your foundation and your land secure.

And these are the things that every builder does not tell you. Every builder just wants, brother, I mean, to put an ad on Facebook and catch the customer. We do not like this thing. Alhamdulillah, until today, we have not run advertisements. The reason for this is because we want our name to move forward. Our name should be the only thing that moves forward, nothing else.

## Happy Clients in D17 and Valencia Heights

Then that client became so happy with us. That client told us, “Brother, I am very happy with you.” That person then also got his switch done through us in D17 C Block, whatever you call it, and then we also provided and prepared a good map for him. After that, we provided him with the grey structure rate and the labor rates. We provided such a labor rate that nobody was giving in D17. And brother, that person, even today, whenever I meet him, he says to us, “Sir, brother, please sit and have some tea. You have built such a good house for me.” I said, “Sir, there is no such thing. You are like our brother.” So then he became very happy.

In the same way, Mashallah, we have done big projects. In Valencia Heights, our own brothers are sitting there. Ali Bhai is there, okay, Dilawar Bhai is there. There too, we went there and provided good customer service. Our supervisor went there and provided building services there.

## Our Services

So, Mashallah, we provide plaza and house structure design and architecture, full finishing labor rates, and grey structure. Along with the grey structure, we also provide them rates with material and without material.

## Why Customer Service Matters

And besides this, our happiness is to provide them with customer service. Someone else might provide you an estimated rate here. You can provide an estimated rate, provide everything verbally, just by talking, “Sir, this is the rate.” So this is the wrong thing. It damages the customer's thinking, and later his... what do you call it... Look, the thing is, even if there are one or two rupees extra in it, we can provide him the rate. And if the builder does not provide him quality work, then I say that in B17, no person talks about this. They just say, “You do this, just put the money inside.” So, a builder like this, let me tell you, our happiness is to provide customer service. Our customer service is what matters.
